We only collect information you choose to give us. If you fill out our application form, that's: your first and last name, email address, phone number, which model you're interested in, your current situation, and anything else you write in the message field. We don't collect any information automatically — this Site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your application and talk with you about joining talk. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it, rent it, or use it for any purpose beyond following up with you.
When you submit the application form, it's processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered directly by email to our head of agent recruiting. We don't forward your information to any CRM, marketing platform, or other third party. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
This Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. If we ever add any (such as basic traffic analytics), we'll update this policy to describe what's used and how to opt out, before it goes live.
We keep application information for as long as reasonably needed to consider your application and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Just email us at hi.broker@talkrealty.co and we'll take care of it.
This Site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and adults exploring a real estate career. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
