You're the agent who first brought the recruit to talk.
The recruit names you as their sponsor when they join.
You personally walk them through talk and introduce them to the broker team.
Up to $2,000 / agent / year
Your recruit produces about $106,600 in total GCI. The company's cap portion is $16,000. You earn 12.5% of that — $2,000 for the year.
Up to $2,000 / agent / year
Your recruit produces $100,000 in company GCI. You earn 2% of that — $2,000 for the year.
Compliance fees aren't factored into either calculation, and revenue share resets annually on your recruit's join-date anniversary.
Revenue share is tied to the original sponsorship relationship at the time your recruit joined. If they ever leave talk and later return on their own, the prior sponsorship doesn't resume — they're treated as a new agent, and revenue share eligibility has to be re-established under the standard process.
Bring them to talk, and get paid every year they're here.
